Your artwork will be ready within 1–2 days after placing your order. If you selected the rush upgrade, you’ll receive your preview within 12 hours. Once it’s ready, we’ll email you the preview.
Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?
Certainly! You have the opportunity to review and request modifications to your artwork before it is printed. Once your preview is prepared, we will notify you via email. To access your artwork preview, simply log in to your customer dashboard.
Do you just do cats and dogs?
Yes! We have a variety of options to suit your pet parent needs.Right now, we have custom options for 1 pet, 2 pets, 3 pets and even 8 pets together in one portrait!
Is my photo good enough to use?
If you have followed our photo guidelines in all products, it is highly likely that your photo is suitable for use.
Can I print more than one pet/person on one canvas?

Can I cancel my order?
Our design team starts the process 12 hours after you purchase the product. Therefore, we can only cancel your order 12 hours after you purchase the product.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order within 12 hours. If you placed your order more than 12 hours ago, we can't guarantee that we can change it.
Do you offer refunds?
Since every order is custom-made and uniquely designed for you and your pet, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds.However, your satisfaction is our priority, if there’s an issue with your order, just reach out and we’ll make it right!Plus, we provide artwork previews and unlimited revisions to ensure you're completely happy before we print.

What are the shipping times and prices?
Expect your artwork to be ready 1-2 days after you place your order. Our printing process is on average 2 days after you approve the design.We offer free shipping to the whole world.
I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?
Yes, in most cases, all items will be packed together and shipped to you together.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Also, all orders are shipped with tracking, no matter which country they are sent to.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive the tracking number as well as delivery updates via email and/or text.
Why isn't my tracking number working?

Do you offer expedited shipping?
No, we don't offer expedited shipping at the moment. However, we are working on it.
Why was my order returned to sender?
Sometimes orders are returned to the sender because there is no one at home to sign for the package or because of an incorrect address. If this happens, please contact us.
